I had a great experience here. The staff were super friendly and very attentive! With the challenge to contact me remotely due to the pandemic, the service they offered was just as good as if you were there in person!

From the first phone call to the wave goodbye, my experience with Shorty and Paul S. at Gan Chev Olds was amazing. I called with a list of exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend a month on payments. Shorty came through with all the things I wanted within days! He kept in constant contact and smiled as I added last minute extras on. Paul did the financing and was very patient explaining all the packages, warrenties and add ons that could be included. When I had an issue, I emailed him and had it fixed within the day. When picking up my 2021 Blazer, Shorty went over every single feature with me and if he didn't know the answer, he got it by the end of the day. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and never felt like he was trying to up sell me anything or talk me out of something. Everyone at the dealership had smiles and made me feel like an old friend walking in.
