It started with not telling we needed a passport for ID. Had to drive across the city to take care of it. Ended up taking many hours which was very hard on our special needs children. Place did not have enough staff to handle the customers. Was promised a full tank of gas, Instead we had to stop and get it ourselves. Was told by salesman that he would return our rental vehicle for us. I ended up being billed for two extra days rental as the car was not returned as promised. Now our new car broke down with transmission problem. Gauthier is trying to fix it but will over 3 days to get parts from the USA. Not really sure we want the car anymore as it seems safe for a family with special needs children. We never received the GM survey either. Not a great first 36 days.
