Best experience ever. Went to another place was treated like crap, I was told what I can buy. Murry treated me like a person so yes best ever I will refer everyone to them.

Purchased a 2016 Malibu from Murray, the purchasing was alright, very heavy pressure for rust protection but most dealers are like this. Over the last 3 years my car turbo freezes up, I’ve taken it in for service and everyone tells me this is a common thing with no real fix. Last winter in 2021 I was they would order a part for me, call me when it’s in. No one called, when I followed up I never heard back. Took my car in for service this fall, asked about the part and still no reply. Called today and spoke with a service advisor who transferred me to a voice mail box. My car barely works in the winter as the check engine light is always on for the turbo, the only fix they have is to zip tie cardboard to the grill. I’m at a loss for words to their resolution.

Tanner was such a pleasure to work with. He helped me find the perfect vehicle and made sure every part of the deal was perfect and worked very hard, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. He was very kind and helpful along the entire process. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Murray's. I will definitely be coming back to him when I need a new one.

Had a service done here for a second hand car purchased with open recall. The Staff were very accommodating, and I appreciate all their help.

I had a email from on star come up and advised me that there is a engine or transmission problem and to get serviced ASAP. I called and booked an appointment and when I got there Chris took care of me, I explained what happened and he explained that he will get it looked at and will call me and let me know what is wrong with vehicle, he called in the afternoon and it turned out it was a huge job so they had to keep it overnight, so Chris gave me a rental as I live out of town, no questions asked. He was very professional and always kept me up to date. I can honestly say that I have now found my service guy with any other problems or concerns. Thanks Chris you Rock.
