John's favourite pastime is travelling. He owns a time share in Florida, and has travelled with his family to Disneyworld for the past 10 years. Plans for future travel include Hawaii, Mexico and cruising.
We came in to look at a couple of specific models of new cars. We went in knowing we were in the market for a new car but not sure if we wanted it now or 6 months from now. We were only prepared to do an initial look and test drive.
John made everything so easy for us. His sales style is very relaxed and customer focused. We really felt like we got the space and freedom we needed to make our own decisions in our own time but John was ready to answer questions or help steer us in the right direction when we asked for his input.
I did my research on what type of vehicle I wanted and knew what I may be approved for, I wasn't pushed to purchase anything higher in price even though the possibly was there. I was very happy that I was shown a vehicle with much more features than I had anticipated. I didn't feel like a prisoner in their dealership like I usually do in other dealerships.
