We took our Equinox in as it had a strange sound and Rene was quick to put my ease at mind and treat me as he always does which is like a someone that he knows and respects. There is never a doubt in my mind on if I will be treated fairly when I deal with Rene (or the other Service Advisors for that matter).
We got our vehicle back the same day but if it hadn't been ready Rene had already told me that we would be taken care of with a courtesy car.
