Service was excellent.did not have to wait long for shuttle.Was phoned when service was done and was picked up within half an hour.Customer service rep explained everything they would do and arranged the shuttle.
-completed the winterization
-did the other maintenence, found some issues with the car, resolved them and gave me very good value as well as some coupons for car washes
After being in for the installation of the upgraded OnStar hardware, I had to return for a repair needed they found that day. It is not that convenient for me living out of town to spend 2 days in the city especially being limited by the services of their shuttle. A rental car was provided the 2nd time which was greatly appreciated so i could still get many errands done in the city while waiting for my vehicle. Wonderful service!
