I attended Murray Chevrolet for an oil consumption test. Instead of the oil level possibly being too low, it was discovered the oil was overfilled during the last service appointment. Peter arranged to have the oil level reduced to the proper level while I waited and the oil consumption test can now continue. The appointment went very well, only concern is it went from 20 minutes to 3 hours.
The experience was over the top. From getting me in quick to picking me up at my job after work.

Pickup service is available. Staff are pleasant and capable . We have dealt with Murray chef car service since we bought our car and have always had good service in all areas. This service was to remove winter tires and purchase new wipers.
service was fine. Glad to be provided courtesy car, while warranty work needed to be done. Disappointed that my truck didn't get washed Again. Even when you guys used to do it.
