I came in for a $25 routine tire change. Two of the tires, which Murray Chevrolet stored for me were flat, which cost another $50 in repairs. As if that weren't enough, the mechanics broke my pressure sensor, which cost me nearly $200 to have fixed at a different, competent garage. Absolutely taking my business elsewhere.
Having a pre-warranty inspection done at 95K was a good decision, since Murry found some issues that were covered and needed to be replaced. As usual, Peter took care of me and communicated everything so I would understand the work that was done. Not one of the best cars I've owned, but the professional service makes up for it.
Peter and all staff are very friendly, my appointments are always as scheduled and I'm kept posted.
I brought my Traverse in for a noise issue (coming from the front of the vehicle). Two previous attempts have unfortunately not eliminated it yet, however I'm scheduled to have it looked at again.
