I have a vibration and rumbling coming from somewhere in the truck. It was heard when I dropped the truck off but they couldn't find what was causing it. It has gotten louder and it is kind of annoying.
I had service and recall body work done. The staff was polite, corteous and provided all the information I needed. The job was done earlier than they told me so I appreciated that.
Uncaring,incompetient people....so I a'm not happy.
You say be respectful.well You weren't to me and my wife.you didn't listen to the facts,I did complete a full description of everything on paper for you's.....Totally focused on all the facts.
