Having a specific representative makes the whole process simple and easy. I feel like I have some sort of a relationship with Amanda Ritchot. She is always open to my questions and is honest with me on what actually needs to be done right away and what could wait. She touches base with me throughout the process to make sure I approve of everything before they move ahead. Picking up my vehicle is just as easy, off to the "Cashier" to settle my account then they get my vehicle for me and bring it directly to me.
