I was Late to work when I specifically told them I needed to be picked up by a certain time. In addition, when changing my wheels they did not check my tire pressure. As a result, one of my wheels became damaged, came off the rim and went flat.

Had a weird experience where my wife's car would not run after we picked it up from having the winter tires switched out. Murray's fixed the issue with no charge which was greatly appreciated. They said that a fly had gotten into the intake manifold and was causing the sensors to misfire all four cylinders.
