Overall very positive experience. Would be helpful if dealership was more knowledgeable about electric cars but we did our own research and the dealership connected us with other local owners which helped us make the decision to purchase. That was a nice touch.
Good customer service. However I am still awaiting a refund cheque from a recall on my vehicle from over 1 month ago. I was advised that i would have it in 2 weeks.
