Peter is very professional and knowledgeable, he is a huge part of why I still come back to Murray. I trust him to take care of my car and Murray is very lucky to have him.
Nothing was explained at the end of the visit as far as this alignment test goes. No plastic sheet was put over my car seats during the oriole change in the oil life was not reset
There was no explanation as to what had been done above and beyond the oriole change and oil filter change. No seat cover was put on my seats to protect them from Grease or oil. The oil life monitor was not reset
In and out promptly. Only required a switch over to my winter tires, but I was treated as if I was spending thousands. Thank-you all
It is always a nice experience, from the initial check in through to the cashier, all deserve a thank-you.. Also should note,, a nice comfortable place to read the morning paper
After being lured into the Dealership to test drive a vehicle I anticipated being given the $20 Tim Card the promotion promised. No Tim's card was ever received. If the small things are not taken care of how does a dealership deal with bigger issues. I hope this is not how other customers were treated. The card is not the issue, its the follow through that is.
