No follow-up. I already completed another online questionnaire about the service I received.... Employees were all very polite, but the rattle has not been cured..
My vehicle required service for which there is special coverage for. This service is suppossed to cost nothing to the consumer. I knew about the special coverage, and how to diagnose my vehicle. They had sweet ways to try and make me pay for service that I knew was supposed to be no charge. They will completely take advantage of ignorance. They are professional artists at making you feel like they will service your vehicle, but really acquire monies for services beyond the written complaint. Further, they know the special coverage eventually expires, so they don't want to do the services, but rather, sell you another vehicle. They will continue trying to escape the special coverage by corrupting the "oil cumsumption test".

was greeted upon my arrival , vehicle was checked and problem documented after repairs done Chris called to let me know vehicle was ready. very happy with service personal.
Was on vacation with 2 children in tow, vehicle experienced a mechanical issue making it undrivable. Chris quickly looked after me an my family, fit us in and provided us a complimentary vehicle to continue vacation and solve our Acadia problem in a timely manner. Excellent service
