Service department in incompetent. Three requests were to be looked after and after 10 hours in the shop I had to go to another dealer toget two things done. A nod that should have been One hour took your dept. 10 hours to do and then you didn't look after two of the requests.

I was charged for an inspection in which I did not approve of. Brought my car in for an alignment and was told it could not be done because I need new balljoints and I am charged half an hour labour for you to determine this. I've worked in service before and ever have I seen someone charged for this. Would never recommend your dealership to anyone

Great to be reminded of service needed! First contact was professional and courteous.
I brought my truck in for a multi-point inspection, tire rotation and wheel alignment, oil change and inspection of error message for lane assist. All was done within 3 hours. Every person I met at Murray Chevolds was very courteous and professional, even the gentleman at the kiosk who calls for your vehicle to be brought when you arrive to pick it up.

I left confident that my vehicle had being looked over even for warranty items. I also feel like they did the best to give a good price when my repairs started to cost a lot like adding in a detailing and combo'ing some items.
