Greeted in a friendly manner and at pick time shuttle driver was great. Pick up was right on time. Not sure of the fix for the keys being a recall. The plastic cover made no sense to me

My service rep Peter has been with me since the beginning; he knows my vehicle better than I do. At every service visit I get a comprehensive description of the state of my vehicle, what is being recommended, why it is necessary, and what my options are. I also get a forecast of what is coming up ion the near future. Work is always done on time as predicted.
He’s a very knowledgeable , great at explaining things and easy to talk too. He made the experience great and hassle free, and because the experience I had with him I’ll be back.
