Ryan, service writer, is a true professional. He provided me with the knowledge necessary to select the tires for my needs. He is always a pleasure to deal with on drop off and at pick up., he is outgoing and a great ambassador for the Murray brand. Dave in parts is a fantastic person, handled the selection and ordering of the tires like a pro. He followed up on installation day. Two truly valuable employees that make it hard for me to even consider another dealership for my next purchase. People make the difference in the service industry and these two keep me coming back to Murray's.
I have requested that my driver seat be repaired on 3 occasions I am told it will get ordered and fixed. To date it is still not fixed. I also have a problem with the rear socket for the turn signal I need a part ordered but I have not been informed when I could get it fixed. Repair issues.
