Waited over 3 hours for license plates to be installed on my new truck so I could leave. I showed up 15 mins before the time that Georgian had scheduled that day.
Didn't set up my XM radio or onstar service. Seemed like salesman was looking for the next sale and not finishing mine. Also, after having the truck protected with diamond coat finish, I found a Scratch and chip in drivers front fender. Why was I the one to point this out on the vehicle walk around???
This is not the first time I have bought a brand new vehicle, I received far superior service at a different dealership. It will take a lot for me to buy another $50,000+ vehicle for me or my wife here.
Wayne was very friendly and informative. He gave me plenty of options and choices. I was able to view the options and through Wayne's knowledge it helped me make a decision based on my needs.
Wayne my sales rep was very helpful.

The only issue I had later was using the lube/mechanic at the Mapleview location in barrie.
I would not recommend them. I arrived to have my first oil change at 5:20 and there was two cars having their oil done ahead of me.
The worker updated me he did not have time to do my oil change.
I explained I was upset because I work out of barrie and was wanting to use their location and it is not regular for me to be in town. I had a trip planned and needed it done that day. I asked if I should go to oil changers .. No comment.
I ended up going to oil changers and paid for my oil to be changed. Even though I have a few free oil changes with your company because I just purchased a brand new car.
I attempted to contact management but no response - how unfortunate.
5 stars to my sales rep and 5 stars to the car quality .

I called Wayne who was referred by my brother in law and unlike other sales people that I have dealt with he actually listened. I was looking to get into a new Acadia Denali and was on a budget. After realizing that my budget didn't allow me to purchase a new Denali, Instead of dismissing me or suggesting another vehicle like other sales reps did - which I strongly stated that I was not interested in another SUV - he worked to find a way to get me what I wanted. He was successful. He found an executive demo Acadia Denali for me within my budget. He was the 3rd GMC salesperson that I had dealt with. But he was the first to make me his satisfied customer. Wayne was knowledgable and respectful and professional. If it hadn't been for him I would've been an owner of a Ford Explorer. And instead I am the proud owner of an Acadia Denali. This is my second GMC suv (my last truck was a 2010 terrain) and it won't be the last truck that I buy from Wayne at Georgian GM. Thanks Wayne!! Respectfully Mina Mercer
