Tyler Sage

Tyler placed blame on discrepancies in prices on us and his coworker when in reality there was a miscommunication between him and his coworker. He told us that he was "eating" the "discount" he gave us rather than being professional and adjusting the price to the one we had agreed on through email and had to provide proof of, making us feel bad. Also, asking us to promise to give a 5/5 survey so he can get a bonus to put towards his child's education made us feel very uncomfortable. It felt very unauthentic and pushy. We spent a great deal of money on this car and Tyler did not know anything about the car we purchased and spent a total of maybe an hour with us. We drove 3 hours to pick up the car and were very disappointed with the sales experience we had when we arrived. Will not purchase or recommend purchasing from Tyler or this dealership again.

I picked up the truck and went shopping in Barrie. Thirty minutes later I go to start it and there was a problem. Turns out the starter needs to be replaced. I suspect there was an issue with the starter before I got there and that is why Tyler Sage had the truck running when I arrived and I would not detect it because I would just hop in and go. I purchased the truck as is and it did not do this on the day I came and viewed it.

Tyler made the experience go with an ease of mind knowing we were being taken care of and made the best of the experience and memorable.
