Mark from the start was super helpful. Listen to what I was looking for and found the truck I wanted. Was timely with his responses, and had the truck ready for pick up. Sandra in the financial department was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Was able to explain all the ins and outs of the purchase, so I understood completely.
