Earlier this year, I bought my second car at Roadsport and I received excellent service. James the Finance Manager is super helfqpul. I highly recommend this dealership.

While I am greatly enjoying the vehicle I purchased from Roadsport, if I were to do it all over again, your dealership would not have gotten my money.
I work in the service business so I already have a pretty sound knowledge of service excellence. I expect a lot but accept most businesses for trying. Roadsport, your people do not try. From the moment I set foot in your dealership, I was treated differently then everyone else. Why you ask? Because I was buying a cheap used car. I have no doubt your staff will deny this claim as it sounds like an absurd accusation but it is fact. Here are the facts:
1) John Hyman - zero knowledge of the vehicle he is selling
2) John Hyman - no attempt to even find an answer to my questions during test drive
3) Finance Manager - literally putting down the vehicle I just purchased, mentioning how old, outdated and poor the vehicle was built
4) John Hyman - I was unable to pick up the vehicle on weekends because you don't do deliveries on weekends- so I need to rework my schedule to accommodate you?
5) General Manager - no idea of how poor his staff are (the next point explains it)
6) I give the dealership 24 hours notice that I will be taking delivery of my vehicle (3 weeks after purchasing the SUV) and upon arrival, I am told it will be 45 - 60 minutes longer because they have not had it detailed. What the heck were you doing for 3 weeks?
I had called the GM prior to explain my situation and poor experience and he insisted he would make right by me. All I asked for was a better experience when I picked up the vehicle and amazingly it was worst.
All in all, I have the vehicle I wanted and am really enjoying it. This reinforces why I buy Ford and not Chrysler/Dodge. But seriously, whomever owns this business needs to take a serious look at their staffing, training and service presentation. It is the worst I have ever seen. A little warm welcome, a bit of respect for you customer (regardless of buying used or new) and going the extra mile would go a long way. Hope you figure this out.
I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the door...each time I visited I was professionally and promptly greeted, I was never left alone or waiting, my salesperson John was a true car guy and a passionate brand promoter. I made two 6 hour round trips to Roadsport and I'd do it again; I suggest you to friends as well.
