Initially ignored by sales rep until I approached them
took over 3 weeks to complete all the financial papers
delay in delivery and once i got there for pickup had to wait over an hour ...real bad service over all,
To. be able to take the car for a drive then go in and do the paper work then see the financial manager and being told its now my car. I can't believe the service I received. My wife and I went home with all the papers saying the car would have his last check up and licence put on for us to pick it up the next day. The day prior to this I was put on hold because they said they were expected the vehicle next day. It was a nightmare. Chrysler service was excellent.
John was extremely helpful to us in selecting our first car in Canada and helping in getting a good deal, Edison in loan also helped in securing us a great deal.
