Purchased a vehicle here. Sales person wouldn't allow us to test drive other cars to compare. He insisted that you are only going to negotiate this one. When you ask them a question they reply in a rude manner. They got a lot of numbers wrong on application. They put licence fee on the loan. The finance loan lady started getting annoyed by our questions. I asked her what is O.A.C that i see everywhere, she said dont know. I told her people are giving low percentages, she said i've never heard of less than 7%. Pure lies. Told her why do i see 4.9% everywhere, she said dont know she has never seen less than 7%. I talked to bank, bank said thats a very extreme rate and my credit score is amazing. Also they have a policy that you aren't allowed to pay off loan within 6 months else there id penalty, even the sales person doesnt agree with that. Worst place to buy a car.
In all of my years dealing with Honda Roadsport, I have never had an experience quite so bad. I brought my Accord in for service and after about 2 hours it was returned to me with a thumbs up. After driving it for a little while, I noticed that something was dragging on the bottom and that every time I went up or down a driveway, there was a scraping sound. Also, the pre-existing shuffling sound of my tires did not go away as I hoped it would after being serviced. I took time out of my work schedule to take the car back in. They told me that there was a piece left hanging by accident but that it was now secured. I brought my car back for the shuffling noise. The service rep told me that that several cars had been brought in regarding the same problem - all from the same year and the same make. He advised that it was due to the kind of tires on the car. When I asked him what is going to be done about it, he said that nothing can be done, and that I just have to wear down the tires. Never before have I heard such a lame and unhelpful response to a problem that was in no way my fault but a glitch by Honda. As such, Honda should extend the courtesy to rectify this situation. Why should I have to drive with this shuffling noise? The representative advised that he would call me back tomorrow after speaking with a manager but that he doesn't think anything can be done. Please ensure that a proper and fair resolution is provided before I escalate this matter further. Thank you!
My CRV has problem from the first week,I am very disappointed with my new car.
I dislike the fact that I have problem from the start , after all it is a NEW car & it is very irritating that the front seats rattle every time I come to a full stop. I will have to rearrange my work schedule to bring the car in for service which is why I brought the new car to avoid all of this hassle.
Everyone was knowledgable and everything was well organized. I bought and recieved my car and I knew exactly what I was getting as there were no surprises at all. It was a fair and enjoyable experience.
I have to admit I was a bit leary of having to take my car in for a repair after just purchasing it from Roadsport used cars. My experience with the used car group was less than ideal. I was disappointed in the service level and the overall condition of my vehicle could have been better.
I had a completely different experience with the service department. The technician took the time to diagnose a tricky issue (Fluttering brake noise sound). They machined the brake rotor and given I just purchased the vehicle I wasn't charged for the repair. I appreciated the work done and was pleasantly surprised so thanks guys for the efforts.
