Closing and delivery of a Luxury vechile - Worst experience ever
Letter drafted and being sent to Infinity Canada and International and Myers ownership...was waiting to see if I would get direct follow up with Infinity dealership Mgmt. since the purchase as they were not there on delivery date..no calls or follow up...so I feel our voices and concerns need to be herd and they have obviously fell on deaf ears internally...letter will now be sent...Ken and Karen Larocque
Pat and Amaan were awesome. Both deserve raises. would have loved free winter tires.
They were able to turn everything around in 24 hours. However, whoever, put the rims on the tires they damaged one of the rims. I didn't notice it when I picked it up because the damage part of the rim was not visible due to how it was parked. Not pat or amaan's fault. Whoever mounted the tires on the rims made a mistake and damaged the rim. You can tell as it is kinda on the inside of the rim and nothing else is scratched. Pretty bad scratch.

Ammen was very professional, respectful, patient with us and courteous. Very knowleable with sales, product and finance! Management was very friendly and receptive to our needs.
My salesperson was helpful and professional. The finance person was not. She was ill prepared, took a huge amount of time, unnecessarily and I still have not received my registration. I picked up my new vehicle on May 31st and today is July 2nd.
Was good but not "excellent".
Good - salespersons knowledge and responsiveness.
Not so good - multiple calls between he and I when I very clearly indicated I was telling him my "final offer" via email right from the beginning.
Pick up: Your Kanata location has a great pick up experience because it's indoors! I was snowing / raining on pickup - doing that inside would be nice.
