I recently had the oil changed at Myers only to find out that the drain cap was not tightened and was losing oil. This is the second time that has happened to my car. The first time, Myers had to send a flat bed for my car since it was completely empty.
There appears to be no quality checks after work is done.
I dropped my 2 month old car off for a faulty camera sensor. I was told it would be 2 hours. 10 days later I called to ask what happened to my car. They said it would be a "few more days". I received 2 voicemails over the next week saying my car would be ready "in a few more days". Then, no communication for 2 months while they had my car. When I picked up my car, the service lady laughed "Hahah. We've had it for months!" I didn't think it was funny.
My recent purchase of a 2019 Q60 Redsport 400 was a delightful transaction and the sales and service depts were able to process my customizing requirements.to my complete satisfaction.
