I had excellent service, and the loaner car was amazing.. I will come back again. The loaner car is one that I would consider buying.

48,000 KM Service

The service manager explained in detail what the technicians would be doing to my QX60. My only disappointment was the cost for replacing the rear brakes. I have never paid anywhere near $1100.00 for rear brakes before. Also disappointing is that the brakes only had 48,000 KM's of driving on them, 95% of which were highway driving KM's when brakes are seldom used. It gives me pause to think if my next SUV will be an Infiniti.

Took a little longer than I expected

First off - the customer service reps were very professional but you asked so I will tell you. I purchased four new wheels for my summer tires and booked an appt to get the new wheels installed. The tech proceeded to remove the winter wheels/tires, then removed the winter tires and put them on the new wheels, then put the summer tires on the old wheels... I was told my car was ready, arrived to pick it up and then had to wait after I pointed this out to the service rep. An hour later when I was driving away I noticed the light was still on for the low tire pressure - odd since I just had new devices installed. Brought the car back and they tried to reset them, only to discover they installed the wrong ones... Your driver then had to go to your 417 location to pick up the correct parts. Three hours later I was on my way... While my car was in they notice the power steering fluid was leaking. I said go ahead and order the parts, let me know when they are in and I will have the work done. That was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I have to assume they forgot to order the parts. Like I said everyone was professional and courteous and apologetic but you asked so I told you my experience.
