I’ve waited a long time to fix the shower area of my bathroom and am so glad I chose Bath Fitter. Everything looks so clean and beautiful. I really didn’t want to use it. I was very impressed with the person who installed it. He kept us informed of any changes he was making, (replacing board due to mold, raising the height of our shower...). He was easy to talk to and cleaned up nicely after himself. I want to thank you very much. I could not of made a better choice and can’t wait to show my friends and family. I will highly recommend you!
From our initial inquiry to the completion of the "bathtub removed; walk-in shower installed", we were both completely satisfied with the service we received. Upon our inquiry, a meeting was promptly set-up with a sales consultant. He gave us a very thorough explanation of the process; showed us various options; answered our questions and asked some to make sure our specific needs would be met. We were impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and sincerity. The installation took place within the estimated time period. The installer was very efficient, thorough and very respectful of us and our home. He graciously answered the few questions that we had as the work was being done. Incredibly neat, fast, skilled getting very uneven old floor level enough to fit the shower
stall. Very helpful and careful moving furniture items out of the way for his work.
Really enjoyed have both he and his partner Adam Fraser work on our installation.
He was on time, professional and polite. He made sure to use drop cloths for his shoes, he has the job done in less time than I expected. He did an amazing install job and left the bathroom spotless when he was finished. This was a great experience and I love my new shower!!!
