The vehicle we purchased was 10 years old, however it appeared to look in mint, prestine condition, the staff were all friendly and courteous.

My experience with Fusion was great! Id been to countless dealers..lots of test drives over the few weeks of car shopping. I called Jeremy n he said c'mon in! We were told that they were paying our last loan offa s all they did was take 1000$ off the vehicle price and make us pay the loan on our contract and they didn’t even pay it. If this doesn’t get straighten out we want to return the van

The letter that you received from the financial institution was sent out as your original loan was being paid out. I apologize for the misunderstanding and the poor communication from the bank.
