We were told that they were paying our last loan offa s all they did was take 1000$ off the vehicle price and make us pay the loan on our contract and they didn’t even pay it. If this doesn’t get straighten out we want to return the van

After our phone conversation it appears everything was done the way that we had agreed upon. The letter that you received from the financial institution was sent out as your original loan was being paid out. I apologize for the misunderstanding and the poor communication from the bank.
