Even thou Cleigh was great and did a good job, i have found out that the service was not done prior to my picking up truck.I should not have had to get a service dont on it as soon as picked it up. a total safety wsa not done either as i got a flat and could not undo the spare which means that nothing was checked. and also that the fluids in both axles was low and also the oil. not impressed> I shall be bringin in vehicle to get these items done and I will NOT be paying for it. I paid full price and as such should have has this vehicle in total tip top shape considering we purchased both the truck and motorcycle at same time. the motorcycle was in perfect shape on delivery. The truck was not.

One can truly say that team Honda milton provides one of the best customer service any customer can ask for. My Personal experience was awesome.

I made an appointment for an oil change, brake service and re-call. After checking in, I went to see if Cleigh was in his office. He had originally sold me my car after being in a serious car accident on the 401. He was so incredible to us that I wanted to say hello and thank him for all he had done for us. Cleigh graciously invited me into his office and we chatted for quite some time about a variety of things that included my new car, our health after the accident, both of our weddings and food! It was really great to have such a personal connection with him. To have him remember who I was after several months really spoke to me about the level of service and the attention to detail he pays. I then found out that it was actually his day off, and he was on his way out, yet he still took the time to sit and talk to me. After he left, I found out that he had generously covered the cost of my oil change. This is the Honda service that I continually return for.

The service provided by "Team Honda - Milton" which included Cleigh Pottinger, Irfan Chaudry and anyone else in the background; was professional, informative and very accommodating. We felt welcomed and at ease from the very first introduction and hand shake on the lot. I had a couple of discussions with both Cleigh and Irfan earlier on the first day, about the kind of car I was looking for, and my wish list of must haves including affordability. That evening I was able to take a test drive and discuss the financing in person. I returned a couple of days later to pick up my spanking new car. The team's expertise; welcoming and friendly attitude made the whole experience seem like a walk in the park. "That" is what good customer service is all about; and that is why customers will return.
