Was told by Previous Service manager that they would warranty the paint job on my 2009 Honda civic,( clear coat peeled off), and found out that he has left the company and that Honda Canada will not cover the repair, just the recall(which isn't the issue) was told to wait to talk to someone next week, recall repair is being fixed now, but not the fading and peeling of the clear coat and paint. The Car has become embarrassing to drive let alone park in my drive way,
I have walked into Milton Team Honda many times with no appointment . The shop will be very busy with cars everywhere . I will tell Al I have no appointment . His response to me is what do you need done on your car . He never says we are busy or come back tomorrow , Al takes care of me now . Great Customer Service
