Worst customer service experience

When I first arrived, I was ignored for at least 15 minutes, despite having a scheduled appointment. The service representative (rep) then took my information down and told me it would take about 4 hours, which is twice as long as what I was told when I booked the appointment. The rep said it would take longer because he was "backed up." I don't understand why my service should be delayed when I booked an appointment and my arrival was expected. Then I went to the parts department to buy a new wiper for my back windshield. I asked the rep if he could replace it for me since he was already doing other services on my car. He said he could do it, but I would have to put the wiper on the front seat. I told him I didn't have a key because I gave it to him already. He instructed me to go get my own keys from his desk and to put the wiper on my front seat. Then on the way back to returning the key to his desk, I ran into him and was going to give him the key, but he told me to bring the key back to his desk. I don't really understand how I went from being a customer to his personal assistant. Furthermore, he didn't make a note or anything about installing the wiper. He told me by leaving the wiper on the seat, someone would come ask him about it and then he would tell them to put it in. That seems inefficient for him and his staff and it doesn't ensure that it gets done. When I returned to pick up my car, I asked him if the wiper was put in and he said he didn't know because he went to lunch. (This reiterates that he should have written it down). He sent me to go check my own front seat again to see if the wiper was still there. (I somehow became his personal assistant again). He said if it wasn't there, then it must've been put it. Just because it wasn't on the front seat, doesn't mean it was installed. It could've been misplaced or thrown out. Also, he didn't tell me if I was going to get charged for installing the wiper blade or not. This is by far the worst experience I've had at any garage or dealership.

excellent service, quick and courteous.

I dropped my Odyssey off for an oil change and to get the winter tires swapped out for the summer tires. Al offered the service of storing the winter tires until the end of the season (which I was not aware I could do). He called me quickly once the van was ready and I was able to pick it back up without inconveniencing my day. Great service all around.

No appointment, but got all the help I needed.

Dropped into Service because my bluetooth was giving me problems. Staff were friendly and helped me right on the spot. They fixed the problem. While I was there I chatted to a sales person about new Honda models. He was informative and not the least pushy. Pleasant visit.
