For a change from normal, this service adviser was receptive when appointment was scheduled.
He did not leave me in waiting interminably for a simple oil change during my workday; or interrupt my appointment, letting me wait while walk-ins demanded attention over others. He answered questions completely, was respectful & didn't bump me down the queue. He did not try to joke me out of irritation, or touch me (arm around shoulders).
Hope that is the new Team Honda business standard. Time will tell.
Good service at Miltown paint repair; fair, on-schedule though very busy; and business-like. Based on my impression of them, would go directly for service here.
The car I bought off you was one of your mistakes apparently where you awarded too high trade in price and thus left me in a position to argue and bicker over price and value contained in the used car package purchased. unfortunately I was in the market for that exact vehicle, and the type of car being a well known mechanical nightmare has made it a costly exercise for all of us down the value chain. Hopefully the original Honda product purchaser whose trade in I bought from you had a positive experience with your dealership is all that matters. This was a used car purchase , plain and simple , no frills attached, pushed through by yours truly for lack of a viable alternative.
Since i am a competent home mechanic, I have and will solve all issues will the vehicle so that my family can get the benefit from it that was intended from the start.
In the end everybody lived up to the minimum expectations and the letter of the law was satisfied. Rate it a 2/5 , a pass with a lot of questions raised and unanswered.
