David was great. But the windshield replacement job was incomplete till this piint of time.

I had engine ring issues with 08 accord so oil was burning, so dave and his team helped me to assess it and had Honda Canada warranty to cover the cost of the issues. Dave understood the situation and helped however some unforseen issues occured after the rings were fixed so i had to go back more times to get all taken care off and had out of pocket cost as well. Honda Canada need to fix/recall the oil burning issues with thier 08 and 09 accords it is known issue and advise customers of potential other issues after they fix the rings. Dave was very accomodating and very customer service oriented, so thats why i kept going back with patince that he will take care of it and he did great.

My appointment was to swap out my tires for winter tires. Dave Loft is an outstanding service advisor. His attention to detail, courteous manner make the entire experience worth coming to Team Honda Milton. Thank you for the wonderful service!. Vivian
