This is a review about my experience in general with the company!
I saw a car - I liked it - I bought the car!
The issue started when it came to the point of customer service after the sale. I had extremely bad experience with the service department. They tired to charge me for a repair which took place in the first 30 days of my purchase. I had to fight for it and finally got some money back.
They put winter tires on for me and the balancing n alignment was bad I had to get it done again else where.
Despite of all this I went back to talk about trading my car they offered 6500 hundred for the car they sold to me for 11999 11 months back. Where it was a BMW 525i and I put 12k on it. What kinda dealership would do that!???
Anyways I ended up getting 9k for it at greatbuy Auto and he is the best dealer I ever met.
No more business to Raceauto group from me, my family or friends
No service after sale. Buying was easy. Had issue with sale.
Two weeks no response after calling and emails to person who sold me the car
Talked to manger. Took two weeks for manager to answer. Then told that she wasn't helping me.
Poor service.
Our experience with Race Auto was a very good experience. The staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and quick to return our calls/enquiries. When we arrived, they were ready for us and the entire transaction went very smoothly. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle. We will definitely consider them again for our automobile needs.
