Found a car we liked but did not have enough time to do the paperwork as we had to leave immediately. I asked if they would put a 'hold' on it and we'd come back later. No probs the rep said and we'll hold it until tomorrow evening if you can't get back in later today. (We did get back in later). This is what customer service is all about
I have bought several cars in the past but I must say if or when I ever need one again, I will head straight for Haldimand Motors! There were no pushing salesmen. I could walk around at my leisure looking at different cars. Everyone was very polite and answered all of my questions. Your bathroom facilities were nice and clean. My wife and I took quite a few cars/suvs out for test drives, the staff were very helpful and patient as we took the same car out twice. We weren't sure what type of vehicle we were wanting to purchase. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Rob was great helping us with financing. We had the keys to our vehicle in less than a week! Excellent service from everyone all around!! We are repeat customers and certainly will be again and will refer our friends/family to Haldimand Motors!
