Test drove a few different cars and really got to decide what we liked. Chose the car we wanted and in less than 2 weeks we were driving our new car.
this is my second car bought at Haldimand, I went back because of my first experience. this time communications was an issue, even I found a little bit rude the way I was treated in two occasions, one in person, the other one in the phone. regarding the product, I just started driving it, I compared the price with in the internet, and I think it was overpriced, nothing I could do , since I have already made the deal, it is my fault, did not do my home work well.
I was quite happy with service up until I purchased my vehicle. After I purchased my vehicle I was unable to even get a time or day when it would be ready for pick up. The vehicle was just waiting to be serviced and unfortunately no one could give me a direct answer on when I would be able to pick up my car. As a customer who paid for my vehicle I would expect you to be a little bit more apt to serve your customer. I was incredibly frustrated and felt that you put your customer on the back burner and there was nothing I could do about it. Unfortunately I probably would not recommend your company to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
We would definitely recommend Haldimand Motors to our friends and family. Their vehicles are competively priced, they have a no hassle sales approach but answered our questions without hesitation. They provided us with good customer service and we will definitely buy from them in the future.

Purchased a vehicle and I received a deal for trading in my fantastic car. The one I Purchased was not fully cleaned from the previous owners popcorn and cat parties in the car and was rushed out when asked about it. I had some issues with the engine light on when I received the vehicle and sales told me that was normal. I called service and asked why this is happening and they brought my car in, did a full work up and found out it was a faulty oil temp. Sensor. After leaving my car with them for 3 days they had it back to me in perfect condition. I am not impressed with the entire situation and would not purchase another vehicle from them..... considering my household purchased 2 vehicles from them in a span of 2 months.
