I have bought three cars from Haldimand Motors in the past four years and am obliged to declare that the service rendered by all the staff at this organization has been exceptional.
I really enjoyed my experience at Haldimand Motors, I appreciated not being hounded by a sales agent the entire time I was shopping for a car. Their lot was very well organized by vehicle type and the window stickers were effective in displaying what key information I needed to make quick yes/no decisions. The process to test-drive vehicles was simple and allowed for a number of test drives. My sales rep was very helpful as well.
I had great service. These guys never bother you or hound you while you are looking around. They trust you to take the car for a test drive. They had to fix a small tear in the leather/vinyl driver's seat and it was fixed to perfection! I have bought a couple of cars here and also my father's car. Great place to buy a car. It is worth the drive to Cayuga!
