I visited your facility several times in the last couple of months as I tried to find a suitable car.
I was very impressed with the pleasant atmosphere and the helpful staff. I was able to drive as many cars as I wished until I found the one that I liked. I settled on a 2012 Ford Escape. It is in excellent shape and is expertly detailed. I am very happy with my decision.

The staff, the layout of the lot, and the freedom to shop without the usual pressure made the purchase comfortable and easy.
The little things count ... excellent professional service, without the usual invasive salesmanship I have encounter in past car purchases ... and the extras - new tires, full tank of gas, and mechanical thoroughness before I picked up the car. Your dealership has always had an excellent name both through advertising and word of mouth, but our experienced proved that to be true. I purchased feeling confident that I got a fair deal. However I found it unusual that we only got one key as both my wife and I will be driving it.
I love that you can test drive any car and have no pressure to buy. You can take the time you need and feel good about your decision. All of the staff at Haldimand are great!! We have purchased 3 cars from Haldimand so far and have had 0 issues!! We will continue to shop here
