We appreciated the fact they let us take the vehicle to our own mechanic to look over, and gave us no hassles when it came time to buy with extra. They were also very helpful with our situation as we were just starting out a business, and had to complete a few things on our end before actually purchasing. They were very u derstanding, and accomodating.
Salesman insulted my current car I was driving , insulted the town I live in currently and the town where I've purchased a home and will be moving to shortly... " you're moving from a bad area to a much worse area"-salesman
If my boyfriend hadn't been with me I would've walked out on the sale. When I asted him to describe the extra coverage in case the car was stolen or non recoverable he was annoyed and used a very irritated and rude tone and still didn't answer the question I was asking .
Worst car experience ever.
The car was a great price, but sales staff not experienced to answer questions.
When I picked up my car sales staff could not answer questions about Sirius Satellite Radio, Warranty Work. I have to now call a GM dealership to get questions answered about my car. Also, when asked to check to see if windshield washer fluid was put in the car, the salesman looked at the coolant. I had to show him where it was.
