I feel the sale people didn’t really do anything. I asked for a few things like tinted windows, a new battery and rubbed mats. They wouldn’t provide any of that even though I was spending 30k. I feel they just don’t care very much

I was in the market for a small SUV and found a wide range of vehicles at Haldimand Motors to test drive. I appreciated being able to take the vehicles out on my own, a trustworthy gesture. I found one and at a good price. This is not my first purchase, as I also got a vehicle for my daughter.
The sales staff were very helpful and advised us on extended warranty, services and guarantee. There was a minor issue with the purchased vehicle and their service department corrected it promptly at no additional charge. Their service department is very good with courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They’re all the best!
