I had my 2016 RAV4 in for block heater cord replacement. The service adviser was courteous and the work performed in the designated time stated. No problems.
brand new truck off lot checked air in tires valvestem broke ended up paying 180 to fix it should not have happened in the first place

Excellent - Always met in a friendly and helpful manner
When having my vehicle serviced or winter tires put on, the staff at Toyota are incredibly friendly, efficient and accommodating. I work nearby and never have to wait for a ride to get to work while my vehicle is being worked on. In fact, If I'm busy at work, the vehicle is often dropped off to my work place, which is phenomenal. Whatever service I'm having done on my vehicle at Toyota is always a breeze. I highly recommend going to Toyota.

Are You Riding With Rainbow?
I was told I did not answer my phone but the phone number had been inputted incorrectly (he seem to have problems typing and listening) and no one attempted my work number which was correct
He was quite abrupt when he said they tried to call and was putting the blame on me for not replying. In this day and age you can google for phone numbers and I have been getting emails but no emails about airvags!
