John explained the various options and features ,pre-set cell phone contacts etc. Excellent attentive service including replacing the old license plate prior to pickup

I sought John Mulder out because he is an excellent communicator, he works to give me a fair trade in value so I don't feel I need to go somewhere else to see what they will give me, he is aware of the promotions GM offers including loyalty discounts for owning a Pontiac, the transaction was smooth, quick and we'll be back.
