He was patient and very thorough explaining everything to me. The sales experience was very transparent and I had done my homework before making this deal. I haven't been in for service yet but as for the buying experience it couldn't have been smoother and I got a great deal. This was my second vehicle from this dealer and many years ago the previous salesman was just as nice and professional. Buying a car is always a daunting task. Buying a used car is even more trying because usually there is a lot of skepticism in the vehicles.
