Outstanding, trusted service .... which is rare in the auto industry.
The service advisers at Nurse Chev Cadillac are by far the best and most trusted that I have experienced over the several vehicles I have owned in my lifetime.
You really feel that they are your ally when you run into any vehicle repair issues.

Always enjoy coming in to Nurse. I had lots of work to do while I waited but they took care of the problem so quickly I hardly had any time to do my notes :)
Only suggestion would be to have coffee bar open a little earlier as I was there to bring in my car first thing and would have loved to have a cup then.

Simple and to the point. Cameron is great. In terms of overall service it was good. Doesn't beat the dealership in Ottawa (Myers) however, where everytime you went in you went "wow, this place is awesome". They go above and beyond. Event when you come in for a simple oil change. Nurse has maintained my 2005 Malibu for the past 11 years. Oil changes are done quickly and an added bonus is they vacuum the carpets and clean the mats every time. They do a number of other checks including the tires. Their service is excellent!
