My service advisor is Evan Andrews, He is personable, thoughtful and carefully listens so that he can offer intelligent suggestions. My experiences with Bill Oakman are similar. Both are perfectionists, in their areas of expertise. This is one of the few dealerships in which I have enjoyed my visits for service. I also adore having my car returned to me clean.
Friendly informative staff and shuttle driver was prompt and courteous. Always have a great experience when visiting Nurse. Wouldn't have my service done anywhere else

Please refer to the GM survey I recently completed which describes my dissatisfaction with my recent service.
As mentioned above, I have already provided my feedback via the GM survey sent to me after my last service appointment, please refer to that! The survey response was sent about 3 weeks ago and I have had no response! This lack of communication just adds to the overall frustration!

Had a nail in my tire ,told the sercice rep,no problem we can do it right now,nex thing i notice the car is getting a full service Oil,vacum,so the ask me why i want my oil changed if it had 95% live left this is when i told them to stop and take care of the nail only every one was confused but the got the nail out and we all had a good lough.and i was on my way.
From date of purchase I have been nothing but satisfied with everyone and everything
starting with purchase to service on the last three automobiles that I have purchased
