I was surprised the problem was able to be fixed the same day.The service advisor was able to procure part needed from another dealer.Have no issues with staff or dealer.They did what they had to do to avoid a follow up visit. Thanks for that. The problem is that the part should never of had to be replaced & was poorly engineered & destined for failure,and will probably fail again.
Service entered the wrong model of my vehicle, and when I went to pick it up after recall was done, the woman at service desk didn't care, or want to correct the error in system. She was aloof and had a poor attitude. Did not take ownership, nor was I made to feel welcome or important.

Greeted in friendly manner, asked me if I needed anything else besides an oil change (tire rotation), and had my vehicle ready within 30 minutes, and make sure they added Nurse rewards to my account.
