Rob Kassinger, the Collision Centre Manager, took the time to thoroughly explain the required repairs and answer all my questions.
Then he, and his team, did an awesome job of fixing my truck. There wasn’t a single thing I could’ve improved on.
It was ready on time, on budget and was sparkling clean when I picked it up. It looks like it just rolled off the line!

Joanne - Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your visit to our Collision Centre. We are so happy to hear that you appreciated the level of service you received from Rob and the team.
Our van required a lot of work which end up being very expensive. The staff were very pleasant. The vehicle was taken in on time but required extra time to finish. It was an ok experience other than the cost.
An insurance claim to have my windshield and 3M rock guard on the hood of my vehicle replaced took approx. 1 1/2 months to have completed. I was required to follow-up with the collision centre 3 times prior to work being done. Although an appointment was made to drop off my vehicle no arrangements had been made for a rental vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the vehicle was dirty inside and out. Pieces of debris from the old windshield were still on the dashboard. Noting that when I brought the car in for the repair the employee stated during the pre inspection that my vehicle looked like it just came off of the showroom floor. There was confusion as to the payment of my deductible. The employee needed to make several calls to the insurance company to try and resolve the fact that I wasn't required to pay the deductible. Due to the delay in picking up the vehicle I missed an appointment.
I recently washed my vehicle and noticed that the trim around my new windshield is loose and I'm now unsure if the trim kit is old or new. I will need to take the time to attend the collision center to follow-up.
On a positive note the employee that was helping me did offer to have the vehicle detailed for me. I was already late for an appointment so I detailed it later that day myself.
The only reason that I had gone to Nurse is the fact that it was a preferred collision center from my insurance company and that I had been there for an oil change the year before and was happy with the service. I was surprised that for a $150 oil change my car was vacuumed and an offer was made for it to be washed. With a $1500 insurance claim I was left with doing my own follow-up for over a month, a dirty car and a second visit to the collision center to have the repair looked at again.
I will also be following up with my insurance company to see why "Nurse" is a "preferred" location.
Thus the comment "Disappointed !!".
