My car had the same issue when I brought it in March before my warranty expired. There is a bulletin out for the issue so you would think you guys would know of the issue. I told them in March my car was making a funny noise. Nothing was done then to look into this problem. 3 months later, after my warranty is up, you find the issue. As far as im concerned, since there is a bullitin out for the issue, your staff should have known what was wrong with my car.

I am always treated with respect and do not feel being female means not getting the same attention. I have been looked after by a few different service advisors and am always pleased with their dedication and their follow up.
