My latest service appointment for a 2014 Cruze was a great experience. The service staff were polite, courteous and friendly and looked after my requirements in an efficient, thorough and businesslike manner.
The procedures were performed well within the projected timeframe and I was kept informed of every step. A courtesy shuttle was provided for transportation to and from the dealership and the wait was minimal.
